On receipt of your request a rental agreement, covering the full description of the property, will be sent to you via e-mail along with our bank details to which you can either post or transfer the deposit direct to our bank. To confirm a booking the rental agreement must be completed and signed and posted to us where it will be signed and a copy sent to you with a receipt acknowledging your deposit once it has cleared.
25% Deposit to confirm Booking Balance to be paid no later than 4 Weeks before occupancy.
Period of rental - From 3:00pm Saturday, (will be released to you earlier if it is available) to 10:00am Saturday latest.
Keys will be handed over with copy of inventory, signed and agreed by both party's, provided that the full rental monies have been received and a 20% security deposit, against loss or damage, has been received in Cash, Euro Cheque or UK cheque supported with bank card will be returned on departure as appropriate at time of departure or within 15 days, by post in your own currency, if departure is outside normal working hours or if deductions from deposit are found to be necessary.
The property must be left in the same condition as you received it. All linen should be ready for collection inside the front door of the room and the keys on the table of the room where they were when you received them.
Cleaning will be charged if it is necessary. Losses or damage will be charged for.
