La Cascade has recently been completely and comprehensively renovated. Its British expatriate owner has ensured that the original features of the property have been preserved and the modern enhancements are in keeping with this homely property. The feature kitchen is custom built with high performance multi function oven, gas hobs, programmable microwave, steamer, built in refrigerator and dishwasher.
Villa La Cascade offers a number of different accommodation options according to the size of your party.
The main villa can be let with four bedrooms, kitchen/diner/Snug combined. Accommodate up to 16 people. And with studio 1, an additional 4 gives a capacity of 20.
Alternatively the villa can be divided into three studio apartments each fully furnished with their own facilities. Studio 1 has its own external access whereas Studio's 2 and 3 have internal access from the Villa's hall and stairs.
Despite its close proximity to the town centre, the three-quarter meter thick walls and discrete location means that guests are guaranteed a peaceful stay. The villa is gas centrally heated, with individual temperature control in each room for optimum comfort.
All bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities. All showers are fitted with thermostatic controls for comfort and safety.
La Cascade's master bedroom suite has a duplex arrangement consisting of a first floor with a bathroom, toilet and dressing room. Access to the attic bedroom and living room is via a spiral staircase. You emerge into the private living area which is separated from the bedroom area by a low roof beam.
