A secure equipment room is provided. Suitable for storage of ski's/boards and Mountain bikes.
The equipment room also houses a washing machine that is available to guests.
The Villa is equipped with Broadband Wi Fi and complimentary guest access.
One secure garage space is normally available but on request @ 5 Euros per night.
There is public parking opposite the Villa, adjacent to Park Greffie.
Prices quoted include bed linen and all services charge and visitors tax

Studio 1 (sleeps a maximum of four adults)
- Separate entrance from the Villa and is rented separately from the Villa.
- One sofa bed (double)
- One sofa bed which can be split into two single beds or put together as a double.
- kitchen with 4 x ring gas cooker with over, microwave, sink and refrigerator
- Folding table and 4 Chairs

The villa (sleeps a maximum of 16)
- Four bedrooms consisting of Studio's 2 and 3, (as described above). Bedroom 4 (1 x Double bed), each with shower and toilet ensuite. Duplex consisting of bathroom/shower/toilet, dressing room from which access into the spacious attic via spiral staircase to private living area (sofa bed) and after ducking under the roof beam gets you access to the bedroom area with a double bed.
- Two folding beds are available and can be set up in the dressing room or studios 2 or 3 as required.
